KITCHEN TIPS-4
Self-raising flour
I realised that since self-raising flour is not available everywhere it will help to put the substitute here!! This recipe yields 1 cup of self-raising flour.
Ingredients-
1) 1 cup all purpose flour(maida)
2)11/3 tsp baking powder
3)1/3 tsp salt
Method-
1)Combine all ingredients by sieving together....:P
You can use this right away or store in an air-tight container....:)

INGREDIENTS-
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
1tbsp flour
METHOD
Melt the butter and then pour into the milk.Add the flour and mix well.
Now heat it in a saucepan till you get a thick consistency....(You'll know when to stop :P)
